CLEANING SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains cleanliness of commercial establishments, Emptying trash cans, Vacuuming floors, Sweeping floors, Mopping floors, Cleaning windows/walls/mirrors/doors, Cleaning restrooms, Cleaning conference and training rooms, Refilling cleaning supplies as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
›› At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
›› High school diploma / GED or at least 10 years of verifiable work experience
›› Ability to provide proof of ability to work in the United States
›› At least one verifiable employer
›› Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
›› Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner
›› Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
›› No felony convictions or criminal history that would impact ability to perform the duties of the position or that would pose an unreasonable risk to First
Glance Solutions employees, clients or the general public.
›› Must have reliable transportation
›› Must be able to work occasional Saturdays

›› Always come to work and are on time
›› Have a neat, professional appearance
›› Have a friendly and professional demeanor
›› Are good communicators
›› Understand and successfully execute cleaning requests
›› Are capable of handling typical issues and problems professionally
APPEARANCE
Men – Conventional haircut, a natural color, collar length in the back, less than half the ear covered on the side. Neat, closely trimmed and groomed beard and mustache (if allowed at the client site). No earrings or piercing to be worn while working.
Women – Conventional haircut, a natural color; if shoulder length or longer, must be pulled back for safety. Post-type earrings no larger than a dime may be worn. No other visible piercing while on duty.
UNIFORMS
Uniforms will be provided by First Glance Solutions for all client sites. Your company-issued ID card is also considered part of your uniform and must be worn at all times. If you leave the company, you must surrender your ID card and return uniforms in acceptable condition.

SALES ASSOCIATE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
›› An appointment setter/inside sales representative to call on new businesses and responsible for meeting individual account sales objectives.
›› This will involve quoting and closing commercial cleaning service contracts, lead generation, information involving competitors, meeting individual quotas
and measurement of performance relative to individual objectives.
Monthly commissions and car allowance. Set your own hours. Pay based upon your ability to sell our services and close deals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
›› At least 2 years of proven experience selling, negotiating and completing business transactions
›› Preferred experience in the cleaning sector, but not mandatory
›› Aggressive, polished professional with successful sales experience
›› Team oriented and customer satisfaction focused
›› High School Diploma or equivalent.
